Theta waves have a fairly low frequency of around 4 to 8 Hertz and are related to reverie, creativity, and intuition. It is a repository for memory, emotions, and sensations. This is also the phase of slow sleep (falling asleep).

It is a state of deep relaxation, fully awakened, achieved especially by people trained in meditation.
It is a state used in hypnosis. It reflects the state between wholeness and sleep.
It is also a state that some people access deep meditation and prayer.

Theta waves are connected to our subconscious, they govern the part of the mind between the conscious and the unconscious. They contain memories and sensations.

They also govern our attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. These waves relate to states of inspirational super creativity and spiritual awareness.

From birth to age 7, children mostly operate at low Delta and Theta frequencies. This is why children can acquire such a large volume of information. They carefully observe what is happening in their environment and adopt the behavior and beliefs of those around them.
We use these Theta brain waves when we engrave oaths, promises within ourselves. We return to that same Theta state to abolish these oaths.

The Theta state allows us to immediately eliminate and replace particular thought patterns on all levels where they are recorded in the body: freeing us from these patterns, freeing our energy and free will. Only a few basic patterns support thousands of related beliefs.

In this Theta wave state, there is no separation, we usually lose track of time.
The more this rhythm weakens, the more deeply the subject becomes asleep.

This state is one of the most elusive and extraordinary realms you can explore. It is also known as the twilight state that you experience only fleetingly upon waking up or dozing off to sleep.
